1. How about the MOQ?
The MOQ is 1x20ft'GP. But one container can load 3 or 4 different colors and sizes, it is to meet different customers' requirement, some models not need to order big quantity.
2. How about the delivery time? If my order is not big, or my order is big, it can be the same delivery time?
Yes, whatever small or big orders, we will both pay high attention, the delivey time will be 7-14 days.
3. How about new colors? I need new colors often.
We have designers to develop new colors in every months, to keep the colors update. If you have the color photos, please send to me, I will try best to find the same.
4. My business is for projects, you can provide good service to me?
Of course, we do many export orders for projects in every year. To keep the good and steady quality is necessary, we can finish the order on time.
6. If the containers arrive my warehouse, there is some broken, how to do?
Please take the photos and video in detailed, and calculate the broken quantity, we will give compensation. Please don't worry about it, the tile are packed well, usually there will be no broken or very few quantity.
